“Zero value”
The place is right next to the Metro station, but the air conditioning in the room was broken and the bedsheets had stains.

The spot is great—super central. The room was tidy but a bit dingy, yet overall it was a good experience.

The property’s location is solid, but the room was too small and the furniture included a refrigerator.

It was a bit noisy for my taste, and the hot water was just tepid.
