I wasn’t given the key in the box as instructed, the phone number to contact was inactive, and after calling the property, the customer service said it would arrive in half an hour but it took over an hour.

Getting the room key info worked well. There was a parking spot and the first impression of the room was clean and well maintained. However, the toilet was clogged, apparently a problem the previous guest had. This was obvious from the toilet brush still full of toilet paper. The sink drain took a while to clear. The towels were frayed and thin. The TV had no Netflix, even though that was advertised; I had to search for programs instead of selecting them directly from the hotel menu, and the selection was limited. The mattress had quirks: when I turned over, the other person had to watch to avoid falling out of bed. When I tried to return the key and report my complaints, the reception was empty. After some waiting, I left my key on the counter and left.

There was a free parking spot. The building needed renovation (stairs, corridors, reception, breakfast room, terrace, etc.), the staff were hard to locate, and due to a huge language barrier communication was almost impossible. The included breakfast on the lower level offered only one type of roll, no bread selection, and egg dishes plus “oriental” foods were available for an extra charge.
