The service was excellent. Porter ran up to help with luggage when we alighted airport bus. Concierge was attentive and friendly. She helped book our taxi and made good recommendations. Room was well cleaned daily. Enjoyed the gym and adjoining paid sauna facilities. Shopping and food/restaurants are within hotel premises without having to go outside. Also connected to subway. The attractive and yummy food availability just at the hotel basement

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאד מגוונת בהגשה אסתטית וטעימה,. היינו שמחים כיוון שהיינו בחופשה שתהיה אפשרות לסעוד עד 11:00 בבוקר בטח בסופי שבוע . לא הייתה אפשרות כזאת

location. the absurdity of issues on internantion credit cards and no apple pay was devastating effect on my trip. makes zero sense in such a large tech country and prominent hotel to have this limiting my spend process, was very uncomfortable for me
