“סך הכל היה קצר ונחמד , הייתי שמחה שיהיה גם סבון גוף ושמפו ומקלחת פחות צפופה”
The bed was comfy, and the towels were clean and pretty. We found water bottles waiting in our room, which was nice; the towel service was short but pleasant. We arrived a few hours before check‑in and the staff arranged a temporary room for us at a nominal fee so we could relax until check‑in time. The shower didn’t work—only drips, no water flow at all. The front desk staff were sometimes unfriendly and didn’t give us enough attention when we asked for help. The shower area was a bit crowded, and the shower was literally on top of the toilet, which was a bit odd.
