“No real issues but a bit impersonal”
The location and river view were good, but the walls were made of brick.

The location was great, the river views were phenomenal, and the rooms were clean; the staff were very pleasant and helpful, though the rooms were older and dated.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the place needed repairs and felt run down.

I loved being right by the Grand River, but the shower in room 10 was a nightmare—almost no water pressure at all.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning—couldn't get enough of it. The only thing that left me a bit disappointed was the lack of basic feminine hygiene items in the minibar.
