The accommodation was mainly booked by men on a work assignment. It was split into several apartments with a shared bathroom, shared kitchen, and no breakfast available. The rooms are more functional than pretty, but both the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The booking and access were uncomplicated. It’s absolutely recommended for a layover.

The bathroom lighting – a motion sensor with a seconds‑long glow – is extremely annoying when showering.

I was there for two business days and was very disappointed. At arrival I had to wait about 10 minutes at the reception with no one available. Only then did staff appear, leaving a poor first impression. Throughout my stay I didn’t feel comfortable. The communal kitchen was dirty, the whole area had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom looked very worn. The shower especially looked unkempt. The beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets had stains, which is a deal‑breaker for me. For the price I expected a lot more. In this price range I think there are better options.

There is a kitchen. The mattress on the disassembled double bed was worn out and the bed post was dangerous. The room smelled like cigarettes and incense trees! The hallway air was stale and fishy, and the place was pitch dark on arrival, forcing me to feel for switches; at night it was bright again through floor cracks. Unfortunately it wasn’t “parking everywhere” as advertised – I had to walk about 10 minutes after 15 minutes of searching because of blanket parking bans (even without construction). The child was left alone in the room while I had to bring the luggage. The building looks awful in an industrial area.
