The location was convenient, close to restaurants and bars, but every time I left and returned to the hotel I was disturbed by a street market and its vendors. The staff were nice. They don’t offer housekeeping, so I stayed four nights without any cleaning; when I asked for a mop, they pointed me to it. I had to clean my own room. The bathroom drain was clogged and water leaked everywhere.

We stayed for three weeks; the spot was great, the staff were wonderful and very responsive, the bed was comfy, and the linens were fresh and very clean. The hotel had just been renovated. Our room had a window overlooking a small part of the beach. I rate them a 10. Everything was wonderful. The only downside was the loud air‑conditioner noise from the restaurant nearby and the lack of water at the entrance to clean sand from the beach.

I was blown away by the spot—just a stone’s throw from Patong beach in a central area! The staff and housekeeping were absolutely fantastic, and I’ll definitely return when I’m back in Phuket.
