“DISGUSTING.”

We were extremely disappointed: the photo of the property was misleading, the suite we booked turned out to be the worst room, the building was run down and dirty, bathrooms filthy, bedsheets and pillows poor quality, towels and blankets disgusting, and we couldn't sleep, so we checked out the next day. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, at least trying to refund us one night's money since we left early. We had stayed at Sarita many years ago and it was very good, but now it seems the owners care nothing about providing even the basics one can expect from a hotel. The experience was very, very disappointing.

“Great location excellent value for money”

The location is excellent, but WiFi on the first floor was poor until we switched rooms, after which it worked fine.

“Good because it was for just one night”

The beachfront location is unbeatable, but the fan was broken and the room felt humid. The dining spots are a short walk away, yet the cafés nearby are decent. The rooms themselves are old and only offer a basic bed and bathroom—nothing extra.

I disliked the property, rooms, service, and everything else. The rooms were dirty, bed bugs were found on the bed, the food was horrible, service was very poor, and it was not worth the expense.
