The hotel is comfortable with a functional bathroom that has uninterrupted hot water. The room was a bit noisy because the patio connects to a rooftop restaurant, which was especially true during the football World Cup.

Excellent accommodation and service; everything was excellent.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. We couldn’t sleep because of the hotel bar; despite asking three times to lower the volume they said it was louder on weekends and we’d have to wait until closing, yet when the bar finally closed the music kept playing and people kept shouting, so we had to call again and they finally turned everything off half an hour later. They claim the rooms are sound‑proof, so street noise isn’t heard, but the bar’s noise was absurdly loud and could have been controlled. It’s a shame a otherwise organized hotel lets guests lose sleep. It isn’t cheap and better options exist.

“Excelente”

The service was excellent, the facilities were beautiful and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The location is great, but being close to Calle 8 means you can hear music late at night, probably because the room we stayed in faced the park.
