The location, the staff, the cleanliness, the facilities—everything was perfect, but there’s a noticeable damp smell in the rooms that we think comes from the sink; it’s probably normal in an old building.

As expected, but the fan on the upper floor needs replacement because it melts at full speed, and the stair railings are unreliable; the bars are loose.

The room was spotless, situated in a quiet area and very comfortable. Parking isn’t provided, but there is plenty of street parking nearby and the furthest walk was only about 5 minutes. The staff were discreet and friendly. We would have preferred a fridge in the room instead of one in the hallway, and it would have been better if we had rented a car.

It was impossible to leave our luggage at the hotel. We had booked specifically to visit the nearby Sa Dragonera islands, but the hotel wouldn’t let us store our bags, so we couldn’t go because the river shuttle times were very limited and we couldn’t return before 13:00. It’s unfortunate that the hotel didn’t mention this beforehand.
