The room was very comfortable, especially for the price, and it felt like a hotel room even though it’s not a hotel—fun and cozy. We struggled to find the room; even at the entrance, asking neighbors and other guests didn’t give clear directions. We only figured it out after calling and being told the exact floor for check‑in, but once we knew where to go it’s in a very central spot.

The staff at reception, especially Simona, were friendly, cheerful and had a good sense of humor, and the location was obvious. The elevator’s high‑pitched, annoying squeal when the doors opened was a real nuisance.

“If central location is your only priority”

The location is great, right in the city center, and it’s calm and quiet. It’s not a hotel; it’s a few apartments inside a residential building that are split into rooms. The room is very small, literally walls around a bed. Photos don’t convey that feeling. The high ceiling saves it from feeling claustrophobic. The old elevator screams annoyingly loud when opening or closing the doors.

“Esperaba algo mejor por el precio”

The location and the apartment were pretty nice and comfortable. There was a lot of noise in the hallways. A reception is near the rooms and from 8:00 am the voices and noises wake you up. Ironically, the girl staying in the room next to ours knocked on our door at 10:00 pm to ask us to lower our voices because she was studying for an exam. We were only two in the room and we’re not noisy. The first time someone knocked on my door in a hotel. At the main reception, if you don’t speak Italian, be prepared.

“Overall a great stay”

It’s right in the heart of the city centre. The rooms were a bit too small.
