Very good location. The hostel was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I expected something much worse, but my expectations weren’t met and I was only satisfied. The administrator was a very pleasant woman who explained how to get to the hostel because I had ended up on the wrong side. I will definitely return when I’m back in Kyiv.

Nothing positive. The lady shouted and broke my sleep, and nobody tried to fix it; you should read the messages on Booking and ban this place.

I booked this hostel for its location weeks ahead. On move‑in day, the admin told me the room I’d booked was closed for renovation and had no electricity, and sent me to a different spot several blocks away. By the time I reached the city it was too late at night to find another place. The admin there was obnoxious and rude, acting like I was the inconvenience. Avoid this place; it’s false advertising. They’ll take your money, give no info until the last moment, then redirect you elsewhere.

The sofa was comfortable for sitting, there was a fridge, a kettle to brew coffee, a kitchen corner, a table in the room, a bed, 3‑6 sockets, and charging my phone was very convenient. The friendly woman working there was helpful, and the location was close to the metro, making it easy to reach any destination. The water was either a kettle, cold in the shower, or I couldn’t set it to warm; the bathroom was very large and it felt cool because of that.
