“Muy mala experiencia”

When I arrived from outside, the building looked good, but the experience was unpleasant; before booking I called reception to explain that it was a business trip, we were three people, and we needed only one room for budget reasons. Initially they said it wasn’t possible, and when I explained, the staff asked if we were thin, to which I answered yes. She told me to book and come. I confirmed over the phone that the reservation was ready. After almost four hours of travel, they looked at us and, with a very bad attitude, said, “you can’t stay, you need two rooms,” and refused us accommodation. We’re decent, well-presented people and didn’t offend them, yet the treatment was terrible.

The receptionist was very friendly, but the bathroom left something to be desired.

The receptionist was a sweetheart; I’d return just for her, I loved her. Anything I didn’t like was barely noticeable thanks to the young staff’s attention.

“Prefiero la carcel”

Basically nothing stood out; perhaps the bed wasn’t uncomfortable. The main issue: I believe someone entered my room while I was out and stole cash. I can’t prove it, but my accounts don’t add up. The area is awful, full of addicts and beggars, and extremely noisy. In the building across, there are engines on the roof that make a horrible noise from 8 am. The cleaning was basic and poor. They had to change my room. Company ladies were roaming the hotel. They don’t allow card payments.
