The architecture—both exterior and interior—continually surprises with playful, modern design that is pleasant and invigorating, while remaining functional and technically excellent; the staff are extremely friendly, going far beyond expectations to meet our needs, making this hotel undoubtedly one of the top five we have enjoyed on international trips over decades.

The hotel impresses with its facilities, offering everything you need for a stay, and the staff are very attentive; thank you. However, the pool is also used by non‑guests and you must wear a swim cap, and the hotel is too far from the city center to visit the sights.

The location is amazing, in the best part of the city, and the hotel’s architecture, lobby, and rooms are breathtaking; I can only recommend this hotel if you visit Xian.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the diner buffet was exceptional.

The room, its furnishings and bedding, the view, the exceptional breakfast, and the cleanliness were all excellent. The pool was under renovation during the four days of our visit.
