The hotel’s location was very good and the main restaurant was quite successful, but the Turkish restaurant was bad, and everything was all‑inclusive but the services inside the aqua park were paid and not Euro‑based, which was very frustrating. The baristas at the bars were insufficient with drinks, which was not nice for a hotel at that price, but the people who cleaned the rooms were very attentive. The minibars only had acidic drinks; I would have expected snacks too.

“Excellent hotel !”

Everything was very clean and the facilities were great, but there were too many food options, making it hard to choose, and sometimes it was a little too crowded.

The staff were all friendly, professional, hard‑working, and accommodating, and the facilities were very clean. Candyland was brilliant for kids, and overall we were very happy. We have no complaints; everything was excellent.

Only the staff were decent, but the pools were filthy and they handed me a bottle instead of a room.

“Noisy , but good...expensive not sure if worth it”

There were plenty of activities and food options, the staff were friendly and the location was good, yet it felt too crowded, full of kids, and noisy.
