I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. The staff were generally helpful, but one incident really stood out - when I asked for a bag to carry my dirty laundry, the receptionist told me to go to a convenience store instead, saying "If you want a bag, go to a convenience store, it's not a convenience store that has bags." It was a bit off-putting, but the rest of my stay was decent.

The hotel's location is pretty convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late. I was a bit worried about the noise from the street, but it wasn't too bad, and the aircon helped to block it out. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. The location was great, close to everything I needed, but the lack of a lift was a major issue for me. I've stayed here twice, and the first time was great - the room was spotless, the hot water was working, and the bed was super comfortable. That's why I booked it again, but unfortunately, the second stay was a huge letdown. We booked five rooms, and my room had a toilet that smelled like a sewer, with no exhaust fan. The window was open, but it still stank. The shower didn't have hot water, and when I asked the owner, he said it would take two hours to heat up, but it never worked.
