From the top‑floor breakfast area I could see Mount Ararat, and the roof terrace was amazing. The receptionists were friendly, spoke English, and the rest of the staff were helpful, making the price feel like good value. However, the staff couldn’t refill the minibar with extra cola, the entrance gates were locked and the only way in was by calling reception—so keep your phone charged. The lobby was small and lacked a restaurant or bar.

The location is fantastic right in the city center. What I appreciated most, given the traffic in Erevan, was the parking spot in the courtyard; we were able to leave it there until the evening after a late flight. The view was spectacular. Thanks to Anya for her kindness and valuable advice. I liked everything, even if it was only for one day. Keep in mind the traffic in Yerevan.

The hotel sits right in the city centre, and breakfast is served on the terrace on the last floor. The window in my room was covered with a matte film because it faced the shared terrace, which was annoying.

When the weather is clear, the balcony and restaurant offer a view of Mount Ararat. The location is close to Republic Square. The balcony is a shared one, so around 8 am staff or other guests talking or cleaning on the balcony wakes you up, and the soundproofing is poor. The bathroom exhaust fan in the room is broken, so the smell is bad.
