“Deludente, non all’altezza del prezzo richiesto”
The location was great, but the place hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. The staff tried to fix it after we complained, yet the only thing cleaned was the toilet, which still had poop inside and dirt outside. The balcony was covered in pigeon droppings, making it impossible to use the outdoor tables and chairs. When we got to the balcony we found a net stretched from the roof to the railing to stop more droppings from falling on the furniture, which also blocked us from using the umbrella! (We had the net removed at our request). On top of that, the balcony opens onto the neighboring apartment: you can slip into their room through the bathroom window that has an external handle… unbelievable… we’ll spare you the photos that prove everything.
