“Acolhimento, conforto e equipe mais que satisfatórias!”
The staff were amazing: Fernando at the restaurant, Santiago at reception, all professional, kind, and helpful—it's unfair not to name them because the experience was incredible. I remember the rating on Booking was 8.3, which doesn’t reflect what we had; after a lot of research we were very happy with our choice, we’ll return and highly recommend Altiplánico! We already miss it. The only downside was that the location felt a bit farther from the main street we wanted, but it was still a 10 to 12 minute walk without major issues.
