“Comfortable stay”
Accessibility was great and everything I needed was close by, but it took a while for the hot water to start.
“Mixed feelings”
The curry on the roof tasted good, but even though I booked a triple luxury room it was downgraded to a Deluxe, and I had to pay for all meals even though I paid for full board, which was a bit disappointing.

The location was fine, but maintenance was lacking.
The staff were very friendly, yet the washroom needed an update and the AC wasn’t working right.
The rooms smelled and the bed sheets weren’t clean.
