I have to say, the hotel's location was perfect - right in the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. Unfortunately, the noise from the street was a bit of a problem, especially at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the decor was a bit dated.

The hotel's exterior looked a bit old, but my room was surprisingly well-furnished. However, most rooms lack a view, except for the suites which face the street. The service was pretty disappointing, I had to ask for water three times before it arrived. To make matters worse, the rooms aren't soundproof, and the music from the first-floor lounge carried on until 5 am, which was a problem since I was on the sixth floor.

The staff at the reception, Valerie and Saleh, were super friendly and helpful. However, I mentioned in my previous survey that there were some issues.

The place was tidy, clean and comfortable, yet the soundproofing between the street and the other rooms was weak, so noise was often heard.
