The place was clean, but I couldn’t sleep because people in the next room talked late into the night and the walls had almost no soundproofing; when I tried to leave in the morning there was no coffee left, the desk person was outside and when he returned I told him and he just said “oh”, so I left. I paid $178 and couldn’t even get a cup of coffee in the morning.

Check‑in was easy, but the sheets were dirty when I arrived and there was no housekeeping staff; I had to be moved to a different room, and the noise from above was unbearable with people shaking the walls.

The staff were great and helpful, the room was clean but dated, and the location was good, but the air conditioning was noisy and had a burning smell.

The staff were great and breakfast had a good variety, yet the room didn’t seem well cleaned; the bathroom had a package from an old bar of soap on the floor, a brand‑new packaged soap on the tub, pieces of toilet paper on the floor, no shampoo in a bottle, and only two rolls of toilet paper that were 3/4 full for a two‑night stay. Tiny hair particles were in the ice holder, the TV wasn’t working properly and I had to call the front desk three times to get it fixed. My senior‑citizen parents were not impressed.
