The hotel is impeccably organized, spotless, and well maintained both outdoors and inside the rooms. Private gated parking is available, plus extra spots in front of the building. Rooms are roomy, stylish, and comfortable, featuring modern bathrooms. The upkeep is top‑level, showing the property is carefully tended. Service was outstanding: staff were friendly, calm, patient, and always explained things pleasantly and helpfully, creating a welcoming vibe throughout. The dining area is beautifully designed and very pleasant to sit in, with heating options for colder days even though the space isn’t fully enclosed. Food is presented beautifully, tasty, and reasonably priced. The breakfast included with the stay was also very good, varied, and delicious. We’d happily return and would definitely recommend it to friends visiting the Gabrovo area. A few things could be clearer for guests beforehand. The entrance is through a separate door that isn’t clearly marked, so you might stand at the entrance unaware the hotel is upstairs; a clear sign would help. Also, the hotel sits on the second floor with no elevator, making the stairs difficult for elderly guests, those with limited mobility, or anyone carrying heavy luggage. It would be useful to note this during booking and for staff to offer luggage assistance when needed.

The room was nice and clean, and the shower in the bathroom was great. Overall, the hotel was very comfortable. There’s a restaurant service with a good menu, and the food was really good. In the room there was only one power outlet, so the two of us had to take turns charging our phones. Breakfast didn’t satisfy us; there was no choice—just toast, a bit of grapes, and you could only pick between coffee or tea.
