“Logement insalubre, impropre à la location.”
The room was nicely positioned in the middle of the rice paddies, but we were not at all expected. The room was completely isolated and no one contacted us; we had to call and wait more than half an hour. Then the room hadn’t been cleaned for months, the bed was covered with mouse droppings and dust, the floor was dirty with spider webs everywhere, and the staff did a quick, insufficient sweep. The bathroom was filthy as well. The accommodation started as a good idea but was unfinished and totally abandoned. In the end, a mouse ran over us while we were lying down. I’m not picky and I’ve never left a negative review, but this is unacceptable. The place is unsanitary and the description is misleading (no parking, faulty water heater, …). It should not be listed on booking or offered for rent in this condition.
