“Я о них уже написал”
Everything was very good—no pushy service. A parking guard saw me pulling heavy suitcases from my car, immediately helped me by taking both bags to reception, and politely declined my tip. The hotel and rooms were very clean, breakfast was satisfactory, and the coffee machines used beans for a strong, tasty brew that mattered to us. My wife and I stay here every early September; we consider “Hotel Bulgaria” the best city hotel in Burgas, but the lack of a well‑dressed doorman and attendants is a major drawback. I think parking staff should also wear colorful national‑style uniforms. The hotel does have a casino, which would be a plus.

I liked the hotel for a business stay, the bed was comfortable, but it felt a bit impersonal with very large spaces reminiscent of Eastern big‑hotel style.

On the upper floors you get a beautiful panoramic view, but the breakfast buffet was just okay and the ingredients were the cheapest.
The pool area had an intense chlorine gas that could have burned my eyes; as someone who does pool maintenance, I’m baffled why they didn’t switch to a salt‑chlorine generator system.
