NEW SEA LION Guest House

“Все чудово однозначно рекомендуємо це помешкання”

The place is just a 2‑minute walk to the beach, where there are plenty of good cafés. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the accommodation, and a large supermarket is only 15 minutes away. There’s a mini‑kitchen for cooking. The hosts were very hospitable; when we asked to shift our departure time they agreed to a late checkout without extra charge and kindly offered a transfer to the airport. We felt right at home here and will definitely stay in this house again. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed in February 2026, arriving late at night. We booked a transfer from the airport through the hotel, but we didn’t even look at the room and went straight to bed. In the morning we discovered there was no water heater in the room, so we asked for a change. They swapped us for another room without any hassle, and it was even cheaper than the previous one, though it lacked air‑conditioning and only had a fan. That was fine for us. We didn’t take breakfast, but there are many cafés nearby and the beach is also close; we spent a week there. The bed wasn’t changed, only the towels, which we probably should have requested, but we didn’t need them. The beach is opposite the hotel across the street, and we liked everything.

The price‑to‑quality ratio was perfect. We did experience a brief water outage, and the Wi‑Fi could be stronger with room‑level receivers.

The two‑bedroom apartments were great, each room had a double bed and a mini‑kitchen with all the essentials. Clean, and the price‑quality balance was excellent. Two adults and two kids aged 11 and 13 stayed with us. The beach is just across the street, which I think is the best on the entire promenade. A large grocery store is nearby. The host was very friendly. Everything was enjoyable.

“Muito bem recebido”

The staff were impeccably professional, welcomed us with open arms and were eager to help. They are locals who offered and showed great care in presenting the area.
