Immaculately clean, air‑conditioning. Superb amiable hostess The walk to the main square, il Campo, was a bit far, but the trade‑off was absolute peace and quiet. It wasn’t an issue for me, though there was no lift :(

The accommodation was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean, stylishly furnished, and full of detail. The quiet atmosphere was especially pleasant – you could relax wonderfully and felt right at home instantly. Absolutely recommended! Uns hat alles gefallen

Walk distance to Siena city centre with own parking. Nice room with a great bed. Air‑conditioning available. Friendly owner who was helpful Breakfast had to be arranged yourself; a kitchen was available for that. No daily cleaning or fresh towels. For this price, an included breakfast would have been appropriate :(

The location was good if you arrive by car, because there are many parking spaces. The house is pretty and the garden too. Nice view from the room, comfortable bed and air‑conditioning. The kitchen is large (to share). Very nice host mother (she could only speak Italian and French) but it worked out anyway Bathroom very, very small, and that sliding door is a hassle. It would be great for a single person or a couple who don’t need much. Parking only outside. In midsummer the car can get 40+ °C hot. Towels were also too few. No rear‑view mirror. Not very recommended for three women :(
