The staff were friendly, yet the bathroom was in bad shape: the water heater and pump didn’t work, making showers hard and there was a nasty odor. When I told the owner, he said maintenance wasn’t his job, which surprised me. They tried to fix it but kept blaming the plumber, always finding another excuse.

Everything was great. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind, and the breakfast and coffee were excellent. It felt like home, we’ll return!

We absolutely loved staying at The Coffee Store! The family running the place radiates warmth and love. The location is ideal—central yet still authentic and local. Every morning the fresh, traditional Thai breakfast was a highlight. May was incredibly helpful and always happy to share great local tips and recommendations. It felt like a personal, welcoming experience rather than just a hotel. We would definitely recommend The Coffee Store and would happily stay again!

The location was very good, close to Chinatown and Song Wat Road, with a local morning market and food stalls nearby. The staff were very friendly. The included breakfast was great, especially the coffee. The room was super clean and comfortable. The shower drain sometimes smelled bad.

The breakfast was very good and the location superb. The bed was too hard, and the booking site listed check‑in at 2 pm instead of 14:00. We arrived at 6 am and had to look for a place with early check‑in.
