A nearby playground, ski school, ice rink, and public pool enhance winter stays, while summer guests enjoy bike rentals and a sunny terrace at adjacent Restaurant Mirabell. Private parking is free.

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, perfect for heading to the Alps the next day; it felt more like a bed‑and‑breakfast, and the restaurant next door was good.

The host and the breakfast were good, but we felt the price was high for a somewhat dated apartment; the wooden floors creaked a lot and the street was fairly busy, so bring earplugs.

Two very friendly ladies at the front desk and the bar offered reasonable prices; the outdoor area was nice.
