The apartment works well for one night; inside you have everything you want and the host is easy to reach. The neighbourhood is bad—my car was broken into, items were taken, a bike was stolen (I found one myself), and the police said it is the most criminal part of Turin where you shouldn't walk at night; the local garage that helped us also warned us. We had a lot of trouble. The host can't do anything about it, but I think she should mention that you need to park your car in a private parking. The description says you can park on a quiet street or private parking, and we thought that was fine. Not everyone comes from a busy city.

The place was spotless, quiet, and offered parking. The second bed was very uncomfortable for one person, and the shower was cold for the third guest on the first day.
