The place was great, and the room was beautifully decorated. I appreciated the surprise in the fridge, and the breakfast voucher was a clever touch that made for a fantastic start to the day.

The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, but the Wi‑Fi stayed down for the whole stay.

The room, location, and equipment were fine, but the manager was impossible to reach. We had an issue with the safe, had to wait until the next day to see staff, and there was no phone or indication. Two remotes arrived in German, while we were French, and we had to wait the next day for a $400 night—unacceptable.

The location was perfect, the room was spacious and charming, and the entrance info was clear. A complimentary bottle of rosé was a nice touch. The room, however, has low beams that are a hazard, especially at my 5’5” height, and there is almost no lighting—only a light over the basin. No bedside lamp, which feels frightening if you stumble in the dark; I kept my iPhone flashlight handy. The photo shows two side tables and lamps that were missing during my stay. Also, there are 37 steps to reach room 4.

The location was good and the room was clean. Nothing else to note.
