The owner was very available, the location was great, the room was spacious and it even had a kitchen inside. A few minor maintenance issues, especially in the bathroom, would make it perfect.

The place sits right in the center, close to everything, and the medieval vibe is real! The owner was super kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.

“Good for a night or two to see Gubbio.”

The spot is very central. The owner and host are attentive, friendly, helpful and resourceful. They also run a restaurant across the street with excellent food and service. It gets noisy at night from the bars and restaurants right outside the windows, there’s no Wi‑Fi, and the toilet makes a lot of noise after a flush. When you close the windows you can’t hear any noise, but then there’s no airflow.

“Next time I will stay a little outside of the citycenter.”

The location is great, right in the middle of Gubbio. The rooms are on the busiest street, so some nights you can’t sleep at all. At 5.30 am the trash collection is very loud. For the first four days I almost couldn’t shower because there was only hot water and then only cold water; the shower battery was changed but it should have been done earlier.
