The Nook Hostel

I landed near the coast and the free parking was close, but you had to be lucky or wait a bit until someone left. The owner, Mrs. K, was very helpful. Breakfast was a bit sparse—no vegetables—but the coffee was tasty; if you’re lactose intolerant, grab a lactase tablet because most dishes use milk. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The sliding doors were cheap and would hit the frame with the slightest draft, so I had to block them at night to stop the noise. The stove was hard to use; after 15 minutes of trying with another guest and random button combos, it finally worked. Other than that, the place is fine and the price matches the quality.

Julia’s welcome was outstanding, and she even came to check in and offered help anytime. I stayed alone for three nights and then shared a room on nights four and five. The location is amazing, and the public parking is less than a five‑minute walk away. I loved the hostel; it has a kitchen and fridge so you can keep food and avoid eating out. Julia’s friendliness and openness really lifted the experience. Everything is new, with air conditioning in all common areas and rooms, and I’m thrilled—would definitely come back.

“Incroyable”

The hostel was fantastic! The dorms are spacious, well‑ventilated, and bright—quite a change from the usual cramped dorms. Hygiene is flawless: rooms, bathrooms, showers, and the common area stay spotless all day. Breakfast, included, is varied and delicious, giving you a great start. I’d recommend it without hesitation and will return for sure.

“Tranquila cómoda y bien ubicada con personal atento las 24 horas”

Everything was good—location, cleanliness, personal comfort. The only downside was breakfast, which was very basic; I stayed a whole week, so it felt a bit repetitive and lacked variety. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

“Excellent location in the center of town”

The spot is right in town’s center, near all restaurants and shops, and free public parking is just a few blocks away. The staff were friendly and the check‑in/check‑out was smooth. My room was spacious, clean, and had great A/C; the shared bathroom had good showers with hot water. Breakfast was decent with cereals and sandwiches. The only issue was the lack of outlets in the rooms.
