Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and cozy. Breakfasts were varied and tasty. The balcony view of Śnieżka was stunning! Definitely recommend and I’ll gladly return. 😊

Good location, you could start hiking right from the house; hearty breakfast and evening buffet; staff friendly and always on hand for questions. As a group we could also sit together in the dining room after dinner. The only issues were that our group’s ground‑floor rooms had a bit of older bathrooms, and later in the evening the windows facing the parking lot were disturbed by other guests chatting and smoking.

Accommodation was good, breakfast and dinner excellent. The local tours were great.

Everything was fantastic: the view of Sněžka from the room was gorgeous, the breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the staff were very friendly.
