The relationship with the staff was super 👌.

Breakfast was sufficient, but the dinner service was quite low. The dinner and the room had walls that let a lot of noise through.

The food, cleanliness, and spa were good, but in Velingrad, where the water is produced, there was no complimentary water nor even water included in the dinner (drinks were extra). A bottle of local water costs 3 €… It doesn’t feel like a 5‑star hotel and needs refreshing.

The pools were great and the air felt fresh, but the spa area was a bit too dark.
