“Nice lobby, but bathroom needs work”
The lobby was really quite spacious, which was a nice start to my stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom in my room wasn't exactly comfortable - it was a bit of a letdown.
“Handy location, but could improve on cleanliness”
This hotel's location is pretty convenient, being close to Kawah Putih and all. That said, I was a bit put off by the cleanliness - it didn't feel quite up to scratch. And those stairs? A bit of a challenge, to be honest.

The hotel's massive area is a blessing - parking is a breeze, and there's even an extra bathroom outside the room. Our room was surprisingly spacious for four of us, with enough room for a few extra people too. However, the water heater was out of order, and with the warm temperature during my visit, I was surprised there wasn't even a fan to keep things ventilated - it seemed like a simple fix to keep the room cool.

I was pretty happy with my stay - the room was roomy, and the staff were really friendly. That being said, I did find the gate closing at 10 PM a bit restrictive - it would've been great if they could offer a bit more flexibility for guests who've traveled a long way and might not make it on time.
