The tranquility, nature, birdsong, and rain sounds were wonderful; the space was beautiful, the garden gorgeous— we loved it! The shower water wasn’t as hot as we prefer, but it’s a minor detail.

Overall, the setting encouraged disconnecting from the city, and the owner was very attentive, always treating us with respect and genuine warmth. Her property was lovely, and the dogs were affectionate. I would definitely return. What was missing was a broom or a shovel (she had a broom) to sweep up the little dirt that accumulates over days, and a new one. Small, improvable details.
