The hotel name was hard to locate, the room was hot, the toilet bowl was unclean, and the overall condition did not meet the promised standards; after reporting, the staff ran out of fans and spare rooms, but the next morning I was able to change rooms. I slept poorly all night due to the heat and itching, but walking to the beach at 7 p.m. was still acceptable and the area was quiet.

The location is good and the rain shower is great, yet the rooms feel worn and are not as good as the photos suggest; mine was very worn and dilapidated.

We stayed for 2 years and 3 months; everything was fine, the large rooms were clean, and the balcony had a nice view of the coffee shop.

The location is fine and you’re close to the sea, but the description is incorrect: it lists My Khe Beach 350 m and Bac My An Beach 850 m, whereas actually My Khe Beach is farther away than the other beach.

The location is good and the staff is helpful, but the room was dirty: there were clipped nails and hair on the balcony and some shaving residue in the bathroom.
