The family-run Tresa Bay Hotel - Lake Lugano is situated on the banks of Lake Lugano, 30 minutes from Lugano's city center by shuttle train, which runs every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends. The hotel offers lake-side dining, 200 meters from Ponte Tresa's Saturday market, with rooms featuring panoramic views of Lake Lugano, including some with views from the bathroom.

Das Hotel ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar. Frühstück: gut bestücktes Buffet. Freundliche Bedienung. Zimmer mit Seesicht. Lage des Hotels an der Verbindungsstrasse nach Italien. Am Abend und frühen Morgen starkes Verkehrsaufkommen

Great Hotel, loved the location by the lake and that you could take a swim in the lake directly from the hotel. Beautiful bedroom view over the lake, and comfortable beds. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was good. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was also nice. Breakfast was basic, but we were very happy, and just loved to eat breakfast out by the lake every morning. Very convenient location nearby the train station with complimentary tickets from the hotel to travel to Lugano and other nearby places. Thought it had aircondition, but not all rooms are equipped. Had a fan, and when we asked for an ekstra the staff was very helpful and provided us with an extra fan. This helped very much through the nights
