The location was perfect and the host was extremely accommodating.
“Great spot- just wish the mattress was better!”
The room was cute and the location sweet, but the bed was very uncomfortable – the mattress clearly needs an upgrade.
“Herziges Guesthouse in der Nähe von Oxford, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.”
The guesthouse’s location is great; it’s only about a 10‑minute walk from Oxford’s old town and centre. Check‑in was very straightforward and quick, and the parking provided by the guesthouse was very convenient. The room could be a bit larger, and it had a particular smell that dissipated with ventilation.
The location is perfect for visiting the city centre, and parking is available at the house. You can brew coffee or tea in your room. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast, priced at 12,50 pounds, was very straightforward.
“Would recommend”
The location is great, just a 15‑minute walk to the centre, and the place is very quiet, clean, and modern. The pillows were very hard.
