The experience was extremely disappointing—arguably the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've stayed in 5‑star to 3‑star hotels worldwide, and this was honestly one of the worst. The hotel looked run‑down and tired, and everything felt disorganized from the moment we arrived. Facilities for guests were almost nonexistent. The room and bathroom were particularly poor: there was only one hand wash for the shower, toilet, and basin, no separate supplies, no shampoo or shower gel, and the towel rack was mounted directly above the toilet—probably the worst possible location. Service was very poor, falling far below basic standards and any expectation for a hotel. I seriously question how they can hold a license to operate, and I cannot recommend staying here. There are far better options elsewhere for the same or better value. I would not return and would hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
