The spot was right next to the roadside station, so the location was unbeatable! The breakfast set at the station was absolutely delicious, leaving me completely satisfied. If there had been a hot bath, it would have been a perfect score. The nearby hot spring was a plus, but having a discount voucher for a local spa would have made it even better.

“静かな部屋で　ベッドもよく安眠できた”

朝・夕食は当初から無し、ホテルシステム上、食堂設備が省略されていますが 簡単なキッチン部屋と大きな机や多数の 椅子が用意されていた。 キッチン部屋には味噌汁、日本茶、コーヒーなどインスタントですが常備、電子レンジや ペーパー皿もあった。 開館間もないせいもあり館内すべて清潔だった。. 宿泊者は自分で朝・夕食の準備をしなくてはいかないが コンビニセイコーマートは車で行き難く、歩いては大きな 道を１０分近く歩く。 隣接の道の駅は多くの店が５時ごろ閉店し、食材も少ない。 食事で困る利用者が私以外にもいるのでは。 GSが近くが１０㎞と給油には不便（北海道では仕方ないか）

Everything needed was provided, and I was very satisfied. However, people unfamiliar with this hotel’s system will feel very confused about meals. Especially in Nagano, there are no nearby dining options, so that should be announced beforehand. Many guests are already used to it and have found creative ways to eat, like baking pizza or microwaving corn. The free instant miso soup was a real treat. The positives are already mentioned in the negative section.

It’s a Marriott brand hotel but the price is very cheap. The access is poor, so the travel costs ultimately cancel out the savings.
