The hotel was clean, the room covered the basics, and it’s within walking distance of town. Wi‑Fi worked well. It’s not a bad spot for simple needs, though I think it’s a bit overpriced. I had to ask the staff to turn on the hot water. There’s an outdoor bar/dining area, but no one is on duty there. Finding staff when you need something can be difficult.

The location is convenient and it’s great to have a pool. It’s a bit noisy because it’s just off the main road into town.

Everything was lovely. In most of our stays it’s been beautiful, but on one occasion other guests threw a party at the pool and we had to leave the premises to give them time to quiet down; the owner was very kind and respectful, telling them that was not allowed out of consideration for other guests.
