The hotel needs a few minor repairs, such as repainting walls, fixing baseboards, and updating doors.
“Great location and food, but door lock trouble”
The place is in a great spot and the staff are really helpful. The rooms are comfy and breakfast is solid. Dinner is a la carte and the portions are huge—share if you’re not super hungry. The only hiccup was the electronic door lock that wouldn’t work, and we had to swap rooms after a couple of tries. Another guest had the same problem, so it looks like a recurring glitch.
“Everything loved, just more fruit”
Everything was great, just wish there were more fruit options.
We’re used to staying at the ARUA hotel several times a year, and it’s always perfect—especially the breakfast buffet, which is very tasty.
“No invoice, no help”
The staff refused to issue a tax invoice. They promised an email, but it never arrived, and I spent days chasing it.
