“Great hotel”
A really lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. We had a great stay. The pool was very small; it was really just a plunge pool for cooling off, not for swimming, but that was fine for us.

Everything was neat and the location was excellent, but the breakfast was a disappointment.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot and the rooms were clean and comfortable, yet my booking showed a total of ZAR R3 558 plus ZAR R91.68, and when we arrived the system didn’t reflect it, causing a struggle to locate it; one staff member had to keep contacting until we were helped. On top of that we ended up paying R4 208.98, which differed from the confirmed amount. The air‑con’s minimum temperature was 18 °C, not cool enough for the hot weather, so the rooms felt hot.

There was a limited choice on the menu and I wondered why the buffet breakfast wasn’t served, yet the buffet breakfast did include fruits, which was a negative point.
