The location was convenient for parking and close to a supermarket and a pizzeria.

The property sits in a mountain landscape that gives calm and tranquility. It’s also near a supermarket, which is handy for a quick, dry snack for trekkers like me. The place offers a full breakfast and a restaurant service. There’s a large parking lot and a terrace where you can relax on a sofa. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, and by the second day I found the trash bin emptied and the bed made (a small detail that many short‑stay places overlook). If you don’t want a full breakfast, a bar service is available. The property is close to Lanzo Intelvi, from where you can visit the Balcone di Italia. From the hotel you can also reach the 166th giant bench. It’s not far from both Lake Como and Lake Lugano, making it a good compromise to see both. The center of San Fedele Intelvi is about a 10‑minute walk from the hotel, which is doable even for those who don’t enjoy walking. I recommend it—far from the chaos and perfect for a relaxing weekend.
