A friendly reception, smooth check‑in and check‑out, and the option to leave luggage before arrival were appreciated. The stay price already covered a thermal bath visit, and guests had a separate entrance to the spa. Rooms were clean, the hotel was well‑located, and breakfast was included in the rate. The large breakfast hall offered a small but nice selection on the buffet, and each room had a glass carafe of free mineral water. The scrambled eggs, however, contained shell fragments—something that should have been caught during preparation. When I pointed it out, the staff immediately took it away and remade the dish. The bathroom’s washbasin was very small, and drinks in the fridge were charged.

The staff’s friendliness was especially noteworthy. The breakfast buffet was ample, and the thermal hotel with its separate spa access was truly great.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Tannenhof verbracht. Das Zimmer war tip-top - modern und gemütlich. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Jeglicher Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern, am Empfang und im Restaurant, war sehr angenehm. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der eigene Zugang zur Therme. Ganz unkompliziert für länger oder nur mal zwischendurch die umfangreiche Saunalandschaft nutzen zu können hat uns gut gefallen. Es war ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt für uns, den wir gerne wiederholen

The breakfast selection was excellent, featuring fresh, regional produce. Service staff were very attentive. Direct spa access and a hassle‑free check‑in/check‑out made the experience smooth. Its central location was perfect for launching all excursions. The safe, however, could be lower; guests of average height find it hard to reach.
