Nice, clean, and well‑maintained. The facilities are well‑situated with beautiful views. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the transfer service works wonderfully. An amazing place to spend a few days in Sierra Nevada.

The staff and character are good, but breakfast was not very organized; they never seemed ready for the volume and were very slow to restock. The waitresses worked hard clearing tables, but the food never got topped up.

What a stunning hotel! I visited Sierra Nevada in April, but the slopes were closed because of bad weather, so we made the most of this lovely place. It was super relaxing and welcoming. It’s a bit far from the resort, but they offer a mini‑bus to take you to the center and back. It was perfect—couldn't recommend it more.
