The property's location in the lower part of Chachapoyas is a real plus, surrounded by nature and warmer than the rest of the town. I loved the rustic furniture and the hacienda's laid-back atmosphere, it really felt like getting away from it all. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always happy to help. It's a really peaceful spot, perfect for unwinding.

The hotel's serene atmosphere was a major draw for me, and it did not disappoint. The quiet surroundings and peaceful ambiance were exactly what I needed after a long day. However, the noise from the nearby highway was a bit of a letdown, and I wish they had some better soundproofing in place. Still, the friendly staff and clean rooms made up for it, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

I was really looking forward to staying at El Rio, but unfortunately, they didn't quite deliver on their promise of a discount. The WiFi was another issue, it barely reached the rooms, which made it hard to stay connected. The lighting in the room was also pretty dim, and to top it off, the breakfast was pretty underwhelming. Despite these issues, the location of El Rio is actually one of its strongest points, and I did enjoy my time there.

The hotel's location and surroundings are truly breathtaking, and the staff's service is top-notch. I was really impressed with the quality of the breakfast, which was a highlight of my stay. However, the room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was spotless and well-maintained. Overall, I'd definitely consider coming back here.

The hotel's surroundings were absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, the service was a letdown. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which was a shame given the beautiful views.
