“Poor”

The location was fine, but the customer service was terrible. I had no hot water and had to climb down the stairs to tell the front desk. She sent me back up three times to try different solutions, yet no rooms were available. She also claimed she wasn’t authorized to issue a refund and told me to return the next morning. When I came back, nobody was qualified to process it. I reached out to the booking platform, but since I didn’t stay there, I booked elsewhere and still haven’t received a refund.

“My stay was fine”

The breakfast didn’t meet expectations: the biscuits were hard, the gravy was unappetizing, I couldn’t tell if the fruit was fresh, and there were no bananas.

“Mid range hotel. Mid range experience.”

The location was convenient and the price was reasonable, but when we arrived it was raining and the shelter near the entrance was blocked by a car checking in and a white Tesla that we were told was broken down. We checked in, left for a wedding, and when we came back the Tesla was gone. The next morning, during checkout, the same Tesla was back, this time charging. I asked who owned it, and the clerk admitted she didn’t know; I told her that whoever owned it was using the hotel’s electricity to charge their car.
